CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 20% fee of the service booked. No-show appointments will be charged 75% of the scheduled service. Deposits will be applied toward any applicable fees. Any remaining balance must be paid prior to booking future appointments.
